SPORTS

The institution encourage students to participate in inter class, Inter Collegiate, State level and National level sports events. The college tries to provide facilities for games.

CULTURAL AND LITERARY ACTIVITIES

The college encourage students to participate in different cultural and literary events by organizing competitions, cultural festivals etc. A college magazine will be brought out where students can write articles on different topics.

INTER CLASS/INTER SECTION CONTESTS:

To build competitive spirit and self-confidence the following activities will be conducted:

SOFT SKILLS AND PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

The college has trained facilitators in personality development and soft skill development. Regular workshops will be conducted to make students’ goal oriented, responsible and self-dependent and help them to cultivate leadership qualities.

MEDITATION AND MORAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

10 minutes morning and evening meditation sessions are compulsory. Weekly meditation training programs and moral education classes are conducted for which the attendance is compulsory.

CAREER COUNSELLING PROGRAM

Career Counselling will be provided by the experts at least two times in a year. Students are advised to take benefit of this counselling.

SPECIAL REMEDIAL COACHING CLASSES

Special Coaching for weak students will be conducted to encourage students for better academic performance.

STUDENT COUNSELLING CENTRE

In order to help academically weak students and those who are in need of psychological counselling, the college has established a counseling centre. It will function through the trained counselors and motivators.

ECO CLUB PRAKRITI

To create awareness among students for protecting, preserving and conserving of environment, this Club will facilitate students to learn and interact with experts. Various activities relating to environment will be conducted under this club.

HUMAN VALUE MOTIVATION CELL

This cell is established to motivate the human values in the current era of materialism. It puts its effort to make the students’ meliorate in their ethical and moral principle.

CAREER GUIDANCE CELL

The Career Guidance Cell is a source of information for guiding and counseling the students to provide training or learning opportunities in the areas of scholastic career and individual development. This cell provides worthy services in guiding the students for interviews, job placement and training programs which enable them to develop skills required to cater the needs of competitive world. The cell organizes different programs such as Seminars on Personality Development, Interpersonal Relationship, and Communication Skills etc. for improving the latent skills of the students.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CELL

The Entrepreneurship Development cell is established with the object of promoting specialized Knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship development. In the view of the worldwide shortage of jobs leading to unemployment problems and lack of proper utilization of human resources; the cell strives to identify talented youth to entrepreneurial works. This cell would make the students and youth aware of the avenues and opportunities in self-employment.

DISASTER MANAGEMENT CELL

The Disaster Management Cell is constituted in the college to create awareness among the students, staff and the people of the catchment area of the college to help in overcoming the difficulties in the event of any disaster.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The Alumni Association is an association of graduates or of former students of colleges or institutions. All the students who finish their studies in the college automatically will become the members of the association. The college facilitates the former students to work and serve for the betterment of the college. The mission of the Association is to foster strong bonds between alumni (pass out students), students and the Institution, to keep alumni informed, and create a network enabling them to remain engaged with their alma mater and help shape its future through the Association’s programs and services. It provides a forum to form new friendships and business relationships with people of similar background.

BLOOD DONATION CAMP

Organizing Blood Donation Camps is one of our core activities with an objective to encourage masses, especially youngsters, for voluntary blood donation. Voluntary blood donation is a selfless service and an expression of love for mankind. Blood knows no caste, creed, color, religion or race. … We can pride ourselves in being capable of saving the lives of fellow human beings”.

STUDENTS’ GRIEVANCES

Grievances on academic, administrative, infrastructural facilities, regularity of classes etc. may be brought to the notice of the Head of the Institution. If the grievances are not addressed, the students may meet the Principal with a written representation.
